Who doesn’t like magical houses and demons that turn into metal keys? Well, I’m sure not a lot of you do…and come to think of it I don’t know how much I would like that, either. I love horror and comics, though, which is why I’m so excited for Audible’s adaptation of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez’s graphic novel Locke & Key.
Locke & Key takes place in Lovecraft, Massachusetts where a group of kids find a portal to other dimensions filled with demons intent on possessing them.
The story is a perfect fit for the upcoming Halloween season, which is one of the many reasons why I’m so excited that Audible’s adaptation of the comic is available to download for free from now until November 4th.
Locke & Key is voiced by a great cast that includes Haley Joel Osment, Tatiana Maslany, Kate Mulgrew, Joe Hill, Gabriel Rodriguez, and Stephen King. Will you be checking it out?

Press: ‘Orphan Black’ season 4 update: Official synopsis released; BBC America confirms cast and crew already in the thick of filming
The last episode of “Orphan Black” season 3 went on air more than three months ago, and to say that fans of the hit science fiction program are getting antsy to get their clone fix is an understatement. Thankfully for them, the production of season 4 is already underway and it will not be long until they get to see Sarah, Cosima, Alison and the rest of the clone club again.
Late in September, BBC America confirmed in an official press release that the production for the fourth season of their smash hit has already begun in Toronto. According to the release, the cast and crew of “Orphan Black” will be in Canada until the end of the first quarter of 2016 working on the new season scheduled for spring next year. The statement also contains a synopsis of what fans can expect when the show returns, and by the looks of it, season 4 will be tough for the leader of the group aka Sarah Manning.
The synopsis reads:
“Season 4 of the drama will see leader-of-the-pack, Sarah, reluctantly return home from her Icelandic hideout to track down an elusive and mysterious ally tied to the clone who started it all — Beth Childs. Sarah will follow Beth’s footsteps into a dangerous relationship with a potent new enemy, heading in a horrifying new direction. Under constant pressure to protect the sisterhood and keep everyone safe, Sarah’s old habits begin to resurface.”
Tatiana Maslany, the actress playing Sarah, Cosima and the rest of the female clones, has since teased about what is next for her characters come season 4. Despite being coy about spoilers, Maslany jokingly reassured fans that despite the major surprises in the past three seasons, at the very least, season 4 will not see the clone club flying.
“What’s not gonna happen? Flight. The miracle of flight. I will not learn how to fly in this season. I can guarantee that,” she said.
Finally, the He-Man movie starring Dolph Lundgren on Earth with a bunch of teens. Orphan Black’s Tatiana Maslany joins Paul, June, and Jason to discuss the 1987 film Masters of the Universe. They’ll cover He-Man not being spectacular at anything, the big battle being mostly shot in the dark, Courteney Cox’s emotional journey, and everyone’s favorite character Karg. Plus, June explains how the movie made her realize she is afraid of mirages.
Press/Photo: ‘Orphan Black’ Season 4 Spoilers: John Fawcett Shares First Photo Of Tatiana Maslany As Helena
“Orphan Black” season 4 just started filming their new episodes this week.
Executive producer John Fawcett also shared a photo from the set of the hit BBC America series, showing Tatiana Maslany as Helena and Donnie (Kristian Bruun). “@OrphanBlack #CloneClub yep we are rolling!” Fawcett captioned his photo.
In season 3, Helena and Donnie developed a close relationship after Alison (Maslany) asked Helena to temporarily live with them. Donnie and Alison saw how natural Helena was at taking care of their kids. At one point, Donnie also surprised Helena with the return of her boyfriend Jesse (Patrick J. Adams).
Meanwhile, BBC America released the official synopsis for the season 4 of “Orphan Black.” It revealed that Sarah (Maslany) will go in search for information about Beth Childs. In season 1, Sarah was surprised to see Beth just a few seconds before she jumped into the railway tracks and died. Now, Sarah will be away from her Leda clone sisters as she journeys to find Beth’s enemies, family and friends. Since Sarah serves as the rock that binds her sisters together, Alison, Helena, Cosima, Rachel and Krystal will go their separate ways.
“As the close-knit sisters are pulled in disparate directions, Sarah finds herself estranged from the loving relationships that changed her for the better,” the synopsis read. According to Slash Film, Jordan Gavaris will reprise his role as Felix, alongside Maria Doyle Kennedy who plays the role of Mrs. S. Also returning to “Orphan Black” season 4 are Kevin Hanchard who plays Beth’s partner Art, Skyler Wexler who plays Sarah’s daughter Kira, and Josh Vokey as Cosima’s laboratory partner Scott. Joel Thomas Hynes will join the series to play the role of Dizzy.
“Orphan Black” season 4 will premiere on BBC America sometime next year.

“Orphan Black” lead star Tatiana Maslany recently opened up about the upcoming fourth season of the hit BBC America series.
In recent months, it was revealed that new clones will be introduced in season 4. However, details about their personalities and backgrounds have not yet been unveiled.
During an interview with TV Line, Maslany was asked what fans could not expect from her in the upcoming installment, considering that she has already done so much on the show.
Throughout the past couple of seasons, Maslany has given life to Sarah, Alison, Beth, Cosima, Helena, Rachel and Krystal.
“What’s not gonna happen? Flight. The miracle of flight. I will not learn how to fly in this season. I can guarantee that,” she joked.
Meanwhile, Maslany also told the publication that the production for season 4 will begin next week.
Although the actress didn’t win Outstanding Lead Actress at the 2015 Emmy Awards, Maslany said that she’s still very happy with the support of all of her fans.
“They worked really hard to get me there. I feel very indebted to them,” she said.
Maslany lost the award to “How to Get Away With Murder” actress Viola Davis.
In other news, “Orphan Black” season 4 will also unveil an exciting storyline in relation to Sarah’s daughter, Kira (Skyler Wexler).
During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, co-creators John Fawcett and Graeme Manson revealed that fans of the hit BBC America series will get more answers about who the young girl really is.
“We have definite plans to get more answers about Kira in season four. The most human part about her cannot really be explained by science,” Manson said.
“Orphan Black” season 4 will also reveal whether or not Delphine (Evelyne Brochu) died after she was attacked in the finale episode of season 3.
“Orphan Black” season 4 will premiere on BBC America sometime next year.
